Wedding Photography during Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)

Try to keep calm. We are all in this together.

For Our Customers

This is an unprecedented situation that all wedding industry vendors and other businesses are in at this moment, with everybody's plans changing at the speed of the Coronavirus spread, also known as COVID-19.

We want to make sure we share the latest updates and steps we will be taking in the coming wedding season. We will continue to update you as the situation evolves and how it will affect your wedding plans.

We hope this information will help you alleviate some of the stress you may feel about planning your upcoming wedding.

We are taking bookings via Skype video calls at this time. We're closed for any in-person appointments.
Yes, absolutely. We still plan to photograph 100% of the weddings we have scheduled, as long as your event carries forward, within any restrictions set by the Province of Alberta and Canada's Government. Please bookmark these websites to have the latest information.
If you choose to reschedule your wedding due to the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, please note that there is no fee for rescheduling your wedding day. Future dates are subject to availability. Please check your new date with us before signing a new contract with your venue.
With all the international borders closed for non-essential travel, we're not booking any destination weddings at this time.
If it comes to worse and either Olena or Sergiy was to contract COVID-19 or suspected of having it, we will notify you and do our best to find replacement photographers for your wedding.
Our regular delivery timelines are not affected. A couple of days after your wedding, we will release several sneak-peeks photos, so you can share them with your family and friends. The rest of the images will be ready in 6-8 weeks after your wedding.
This is a difficult time for our business, so we thank you for your patience and support. You can always purchase a gift card. Gift cards can be used towards print or digital products and services we provide. Thank you!❤️
We are here to help you. Please reach out with any questions.

Looking Ahead

Let's do what we can to keep coronavirus at bay. A couple small steps go a long way: wash our hands frequently, eat well, hydrate well, exercise regularly, take vitamins, use contactless payment, shop online, and limit your social contact with people unless it's essential. It all helps to see us through this challenging time.

We don't know when this situation will be behind us, but we're looking forward to the brighter times in our communities, and we can't wait to photograph the most amazing wedding you can possibly have.
